In a time of unparalleled change and complex challenges leadership with emotional and social competencies is essential. The most important skills will be the capacity for self-awareness and the ability to achieve results. These two are inextricably linked and are the catalysts for increased productivity and profitability.

This workshop is for those in leadership positions who want to produce the best, whether it be in people or in products. Participants will have opportunities to self-assess their leadership style and core competencies, learn the effective modes of managing change and resolving conflict in increasingly diverse settings, and increase their adaptive skills to positively impact colleagues and the climate in organizations.

Katherine is the Managing Principal of Ki ThoughtBridge, a company committed to the transformation of individuals, organizations and communities, through an integrated approach to leadership development, change management, conflict resolution and negotiation.
